Ordering and delivery

How do I order with Jes Rose?

Every order with Jes Rose is printed specificially for you, to the specification you choose, by our local team in Manchester, England.

Pick the design you like, at the size you need (or request a custom size here) and we'll send your order to our printing team to be processed.

Before you place your Jes Rose order please order samples prior you can do this by selecting Standard or Window vinyl then pick 'Sample' from the size menu AND the print direction menu.

Samples are size A5

We send off twice weekly print runs (or more during peak times) so we advise 7-10 days for your order to be printed, checked and delivered to you.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

We do! You can order a gift card via this link. We offer cards with various amounts on it and we'll email it straight away to your mailbox.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@jesrose.co.uk.

Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@jesrose.co.uk, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

Once it's been printed, we're no longer able to cancel your order.

Does the vinyl have a shelf life?

Yes. We would reccomend applying your vinyl as soon as you recieve it for best results. If the vinyl is sat in a cupboard on the backing paper for a few months over time the adhesive will dry out & will not adhere to your surface as well as it would if used as soon as its purchased.

Can I alter my order?

We try and have a very quick turnaround for processing orders with our printing team, so usually we'd encourage you to place a new order.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on where you are located. These timings are based on the day of dispatch, not the date your order was placed. You can view our live updated turnaround times by clicking the banner at the top of the website.

Great Britain:

We send our samples via Hermes on a 2 day service, and our full prints via DHL on a next day service. If you live on the highlands and islands, this may be a 2 day service.


Northern Ireland:

Our orders are sent via DHL and should arrive in 2 days from dispatch.


Ireland and the EU:

Our orders are sent via DHL Express by Road and may take 3-5 days to reach you depending on your location.


Rest of the World:

Orders are sent via DHL Express by Air and may take up to 7 days to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Do you post internationally?

Yes! We have the ability to post anywhere in the world however some prices are not automatically calculated at checkout and you may be asked to get in touch with the team for a specific price.

Shipments to Ireland, the EU, America, Australia and New Zealand are all preset and will be calculated at checkout.

At checkout you will pay the shipping charge, but please be aware that if you are receiving an international order you will be liable for any import tax and charges that your country sets for the import of these goods.

These vary by country, so please check with the relevant authorities in your country on what the import tax value will be.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment options:

Debit/Credit Card:

You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Maestro directly through our site.


Shop Pay:

You can pay via Shop Pay, the app run by Shopify which gives you an incredibly smooth checkout experience. The app allows you to track your Jes Rose delivery and even other deliveries like Amazon.


Apple Pay/Google Pay:

You can pay via Apple or Google pay with a various number of debit and credit cards. If paying via these methods, please ensure the correct delivery address and delivery method is chosen before progressing.



You can also pay in installments via ClearPay. Spread your payments out over a number of weeks interest free via ClearPay. Find out more on the ClearPay website.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.


Can I return or exchange an item?

We're confident that you're going to love your Jes Rose order but if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch and we'll come back to you as soon as we can.

Every printed product is custom made to order, so we're unfortunately not able to accept a return for these items


Before checking out you will see 'I have ordered samples or am ordering samples & checked my order (inc. vinyl type, sizes) and read & agreed with the terms and refund policy.' checkbox. If this is checked & samples have not been ordered prior to your product order & you are unhappy with your printed product we are unable to accept refunds & returns.  Our printed products (vinyls and laptop covers) are 'a tailor-made or personalised item' and are an exception to the Consumer Contracts regulations. 

One thing that we definitely cannot say enough, is to order a sample & read our 'how to use/FAQs. Our customers plan amazing things and we want to make sure that it's perfect, it sticks to your area ok & suits your particular project.

One of the most important things to remember is that colours can vary from your phone screen to your computer screen to real life, so having a sample is the best way of you knowing exactly what you're getting in regards to look, feel & you can test the vinyl works in your certain area & be sure when your recieve your roll order you will not have any issues.

As all of our prints are done bespoke for you, we're not able to accept returns on them if you don't like the colour or the product.

The exception to this is if it arrives damaged for any reason which can happen from time to time, although we're working with our delivery partners to reduce this. If your order arrives damaged please take photographs & email hello@jesrose.co.uk so we can look into it for you. Please keep the vinyl & the packaging as we may need this to arrange a collection for the damaged vinyl.

The legal bit: buying items online fall under the 'Consumer Contracts Regulations' which entitle you to cancel and return your order within 14 days. Our printed products (vinyls and laptop covers) are 'a tailor-made or personalised item' and are an exception to these regulations. 

On the occasion that we do accept a return, we ask that you pay the return postage for these and we may charge a fee for restocking the items. We also may refuse the return if the item is not returned in a suitable condition.

If you purchase any non-printed products from us, you have the right to return them and you can let us know that you intend to return it by contacting us. You'll have 14 days to return the item, and we'll process your refund as soon as we can but within 14 days of receiving the item. We ask that you pay the return postage for those items.

My order has arrived but it’s been damaged. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the damage, packaging and postage label in question and email our customer service team via hello@jesrose.co.uk with the details. We can help assess the situation & advise furthur. 

Please keep your vinyl & its packaging incase we need to arrange a collection of the damaged vinyl.
